She also introduced a Rating & Review Meeting, evaluating vendors on quality, delivery, and pricing, strengthening relationships and optimizing procurement planning. 

Her visionary leadership has improved operational efficiency, fostering a competitive and transparent marketplace. By staying ahead of industry trends and technology, she has driven growth, cost optimization, and stronger vendor partnerships.

With 15+ Years of experience in strategic vision and deep industry expertise, Nagarathna has successfully managed a portfolio of 850+ single-sourced materials across ITC’s Food Division. Her leadership in digital transformation has enhanced transparency, efficiency, and supplier collaboration, setting new benchmarks in procurement best practices.

Key achievements include:
● Developing alternate vendors & enabling import substitution, reducing dependency and strengthening supply security.
● Optimizing inventory across plants, preventing stock outs while minimizing write-offs. Partnering with product development teams to identify cost-effective material
replacements, ensuring innovation and cost efficiency.
● Making proactive hedging decisions based on market insights, improving cost
management.
● Engaging suppliers in new projects, driving competitive pricing and fostering innovation.

 SCM Spectrum is Honored to recognize Megha Adlakha, Customer Service Lead (Order to Cash) at Mondelez India Foods, as the SCM Digital Transformation Award 2025 winner for  her exceptional contributions to supply chain efficiency and customer-centric innovation.

With 10+ years of experience, Megha has driven data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration across Manufacturing, Planning, and Customer Service to boost efficiency, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. Leading Order to Cash Customer Service, she is spearheading Project 95, targeting 95% shelf availability through autonomous order processing, CPFR, VMI optimization, and operational excellence.

At HUL, she led the Supply Chain for Smalls agenda, creating an agile strategy for E-commerce and Quick Commerce using nano-factories, low MOQ solutions, and differentiated deployment. She also transformed S&OP for Beauty & Personal Care, deploying AI-driven demand forecasting with XGBoost and Random Forest models, reducing volatility and optimizing business decisions.

With over 15 years of experience, she has driven innovation, efficiency, and environmental responsibility in procurement.

SCM Women's Empowerment Award 2025

Geetha excels in collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovation and process improvements. She has strengthened the vendor base, engaging suppliers in technology adoption and upgrades. Her expertise in Material Requirement Planning (MRP) ensures optimal inventory levels,
preventing excess stock while maintaining supply stability. She has also implemented proactive strategies for long-term contracts and hedging, reducing risks based on market trends.

Her leadership in structure optimization has led to cost-efficient, sustainable packaging solutions. She has also advanced strategic sourcing, diversifying suppliers, assessing performance, and leveraging technology for better visibility. Through strong collaboration and team building, Geetha continues to enhance ITC’s sustainable supply chain.
