The Pranik Logistics IPO comes with a price band of ₹73 to ₹77 per equity share and is set to raise ₹22.47 crore through a fresh issuance of 29.18 lakh equity shares. This IPO does not include an offer-for-sale component, making it a fresh issue entirely. As of Day 2, the Pranik Logistics IPO has been subscribed 3.14 times overall. Retail investors have shown a keen interest, subscribing to 5.92 times the available shares for this category. On the other hand, non-institutional investors (NIIs) have subscribed to 0.88 times the allotted portion.

For retail investors, the minimum investment is one lot, which consists of 1,600 shares valued at ₹1,16,800. High-net-worth individuals (HNIs) can start bidding from two lots, amounting to ₹2,33,600. The IPO offers an accessible entry point for various types of investors.
