Union Minister Nitin Gadkari recently inaugurated GMMCO India’s state-of-the-art service and supply hubs in Butibori and Hingna, Nagpur. These newly launched facilities aim to enhance customer support, streamline service operations, and boost infrastructure efficiency across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, and Goa.
Boosting Equipment Uptime with Butibori Machine Rebuild Center
The Butibori Machine Rebuild Center (MRC) spans an impressive 10 acres with a 1,40,000 square-foot built-up area. This facility serves as a hub warehouse, efficiently managing over 30,000 line items while processing nearly 45,000 transactions each month.
Moreover, GMMCO India has implemented a highly digitalized Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure the timely delivery of parts within 24 to 48 hours. As a result, customers experience improved equipment uptime, reduced downtime, and enhanced operational efficiency. The stockyard within this facility has the capacity to accommodate up to 100 machines at any given time.
Enhanced Machine Repair and Rebuilding Capabilities
The Butibori center boasts impressive rebuilding and repair capabilities. Engineers can handle up to 150 machines and 750 hydraulic cylinders per year, which significantly improves service efficiency. Furthermore, the facility can produce as many as 24,000 hydraulic hose assemblies annually, thereby ensuring a seamless supply of essential machine components.
Hingna Component Rebuild Center Strengthens Critical Operations
In addition to the Butibori facility, GMMCO India has introduced the Hingna Component Rebuild Center (CRC) to further enhance service capabilities. This facility, covering four acres with a built-up area of 74,000 square feet, focuses on overhauling critical machine components.
The Hingna center features a dedicated rebuild and testing facility, which can overhaul 750 engines and 400 transmissions per year. These operations directly contribute to prolonging machine life cycles, lowering maintenance costs, and improving operational reliability for customers.
Advanced Testing and Preventive Maintenance Initiatives
GMMCO India has integrated advanced testing facilities within the Hingna center. The NABL-accredited SOS Lab processes up to 2,10,000 used oil samples annually. This initiative ensures effective condition monitoring, allowing customers to engage in proactive machine health management and preventive maintenance.
Additionally, by offering predictive maintenance solutions, the company reduces unexpected breakdowns and repair costs. Consequently, customers benefit from optimized performance, enhanced safety, and reduced operational risks in industries like mining, construction, energy, and transportation.
A Major Step Towards Industrial Efficiency and Infrastructure Development
With these two newly launched facilities, GMMCO India aims to significantly improve service response times, reduce repair durations, and enhance parts availability. By prioritizing proactive machine health management, the company helps customers lower total ownership costs, extend machine lifespans, and ensure seamless project execution.
These expansions also align with the company’s broader mission to support India’s growing infrastructure sector. By strengthening service operations in key industries, GMMCO India directly contributes to industrial self-reliance and economic progress.
Commitment to Customer-Centric Innovation
GMMCO India’s investment in these advanced service centers highlights its unwavering commitment to innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. With cutting-edge technology, highly skilled professionals, and superior service standards, the company aims to revolutionize industrial equipment management and after-sales support.
These newly inaugurated facilities mark a significant milestone in India’s infrastructure development, ensuring better service efficiency, enhanced equipment reliability, and improved industrial performance across multiple states. Ultimately, by bridging critical service gaps, GMMCO India sets a benchmark for excellence in the indust
