Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) has signed a significant concession agreement to develop an advanced agro-processing and storage facility at the port. This initiative, executed under the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, will involve Trident Agrocom Exports and Man Infraconstruction forming a special purpose vehicle (SPV). The project, valued at ₹285 crore, follows the Design-Build-Finance-Operate-Transfer (DBFOT) model, ensuring long-term operational efficiency.
