What inspired Ritco Logistics to expand into the SAARC region, and how do you see this move shaping the company’s future?

Ritco Logistics Ltd., a leading public listed Indian supply chain company with a turnover of ₹937 crore (FY23-24), 300+ locations, and 1000+ vehicles, has expanded into the SAARC region to capitalize on growing trade opportunities. This move aligns with India’s increasing cross-border commerce, customer demands for integrated logistics, and favorable government policies supporting seamless trade.

By leveraging its multimodal capabilities, Ritco aims to enhance supply chain efficiency across Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Bhutan. The expansion will drive market diversification, mitigate risks, and foster innovation in cross-border logistics. It strengthens Ritco’s competitive edge, opens new revenue streams, and reinforces its position as a regional logistics leader.

This strategic step paves the way for long-term growth, positioning Ritco as a key player in South Asia’s logistics landscape while setting the foundation for future global expansion.

Ritco has expertise in FTL, 3PL, and multimodal logistics. How will these services be adapted to the unique demands of SAARC countries?

Ritco Logistics will tailor its FTL, 3PL, and multimodal solutions to meet the diverse logistics needs of SAARC countries. FTL services will focus on optimizing cross-border trucking with dedicated fleets and streamlined customs clearance. 3PL solutions will include localized warehousing, last-mile connectivity, and tech-driven inventory management to support businesses in dynamic markets. Multimodal logistics will integrate road, rail, and coastal shipping for cost-effective and efficient transportation. Ritco’s deep expertise, digitalized operations, and compliance-driven approach will ensure seamless logistics, addressing regional challenges while enhancing supply chain efficiency across SAARC nations.

What new technologies or digital solutions are you planning to introduce in the SAARC markets?
