Eligibility Criteria for Supply Chain Leader of the Year 2025 

  • Open to senior-level Supply Chain professionals (CXOs, VPs, Directors, Heads) with a proven track record of excellence in Supply Chain Management. 
  • Must have demonstrated outstanding leadership in optimizing Supply Chain  operations, driving innovation, and improving efficiencies. 
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Supply Chain, logistics, or procurement. 

Recognizing women who are at the forefront of digital transformation in supply chain management. This award celebrates leaders who leverage technology to optimize processes, enhance visibility, and drive innovation within their organizations. 

Eligibility Criteria for TX Champion 

  • Open to women leaders in Supply Chain, logistics, or procurement functions who have championed digital transformation in their organization. 
  • Must have played a key role in the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, IoT, automation, or predictive analytics in Supply Chain processes. 
  • Should have demonstrated measurable improvements in efficiency, visibility, or decision-making through tech-driven initiativs.

This award celebrates women who are pioneering green logistics and sustainable practices in supply chain operations. The winner will have implemented impactful initiatives to reduce environmental footprints and promote eco-friendly solutions. 

Eligibility Criteria for SCM Sustainability Champion 2025 

  • Open to professionals or organizations that have implemented sustainable logistics practices, reducing carbon footprint and promoting eco-friendly Supply Chain initiatives. 
  • Must have introduced innovations in areas such as electric vehicles, alternative fuels, circular Supply Chains, waste reduction, carbon-neutral warehousing, or green packaging. 
  • Should provide evidence of measurable environmental impact and alignment with global sustainability goals (e.g., net-zero emissions, ESG compliance)

Awarded to a woman who has excelled in procurement and sourcing strategies, delivering cost efficiency, supplier collaboration, and value creation. This category highlights excellence in negotiation, risk management, and strategic sourcing. 

Eligibility Criteria for Best Procurement in Sourcing 

  • Open to procurement and sourcing professionals or teams who have excelled in strategic sourcing, supplier collaboration, and cost optimization. 
  • Must present a  procurement case study that enhanced supplier relationships, ensured supply continuity, or achieved cost savings. 
  • Should demonstrate excellence in risk mitigation, ethical sourcing, or digital procurement transformation. 

Acknowledging women leading direct-to-consumer (D2C) supply chain strategies, optimizing operations, and revolutionizing last-mile delivery to enhance customer experience. 

Eligibility Criteria for D2C Leader Award 

  • Open to individuals or companies excelling in the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Supply Chain,  leveraging innovative strategies for last-mile delivery, customer experience, and operational efficiency. 
  • Must have demonstrated significant growth in the D2C segment through Supply Chain optimization, technology adoption, and consumer engagement.Should provide measurable outcomes in demand forecasting, fulfillment speed, inventory management, and omnichannel integration.
