Amazon India has set up a ‘Suvidha Kiosk’ at the 2025 Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience. Pilgrims attending the massive religious gathering can now conveniently place orders on Amazon and pick them up directly from the kiosk, making shopping effortless. The initiative simplifies access to essential products, ensuring devotees find what they need without disruptions to their spiritual journey.

Items such as mobile phone chargers, garments, shoes, pooja supplies, and blankets remain available for purchase. Amazon ensures seamless delivery within a three-kilometer radius, eliminating the need for attendees to travel far for essential goods. With this service, visitors can focus on their spiritual experience without worrying about missing important supplies.

Hassle-Free Return Services Available at the Kiosk

In addition to order pickups, Amazon has introduced a streamlined return process at the Maha Kumbh Mela through the Suvidha Kiosk. Pilgrims who need to return products can initiate the request via the Amazon app and drop off the items at the kiosk. This initiative reduces logistical challenges, allowing attendees to complete returns without navigating complex return procedures.

Operating Hours and Additional Amenities for Visitors

Amazon’s Suvidha Kiosk operates daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, ensuring accessibility throughout the event. The company has also equipped the facility with multiple amenities, enhancing the comfort of visitors. Pilgrims can utilize the resting area with chairs, drink clean water, charge their mobile phones, and access first aid kits if needed. These thoughtful additions demonstrate Amazon’s commitment to improving the overall experience of Maha Kumbh attendees.

‘Dibbon Se Badhkar’ Initiative Provides Comfortable Sleeping Solutions

Alongside the kiosk, Amazon has launched the ‘Dibbon Se Badhkar’ initiative at the Maha Kumbh Mela, further supporting attendees. The program repurposes Amazon’s cardboard packaging into portable beds, offering a sustainable and practical solution for pilgrims. The company distributes these beds free of cost at key locations, including the lost and found center, Kumbh Police Karmacharis quarters, and the Kumbh hospital. With this initiative, Amazon ensures that pilgrims have a comfortable resting option during their stay at the Mela.

Other Companies Leverage Technology to Enhance the Kumbh Experience

Several other companies have also introduced innovative solutions to improve the Maha Kumbh Mela experience for millions of attendees. BharatGPT maker CoRover collaborated with ONDC to launch Mahakumbh AI Sahayata, an AI-powered assistant designed to assist pilgrims. The chatbot provides real-time festival schedules, accommodation details, and emergency contact information via WhatsApp or phone calls. By leveraging AI, the service ensures that visitors stay informed throughout their journey.

Blinkit Establishes Quick Commerce Store at the Mela

Blinkit, a leading quick commerce platform, has also joined the efforts to enhance convenience at the Maha Kumbh Mela. The company has set up a 100-square-foot store within the festival grounds, providing curated products for attendees. Essential items such as pooja supplies, dairy products, fresh produce, mobile accessories, and other necessities remain readily available. With Blinkit’s store in place, pilgrims can quickly purchase essential goods without leaving the event premises.

Amazon and Other Companies Transform the Maha Kumbh Experience

Amazon’s innovative Suvidha Kiosk and ‘Dibbon Se Badhkar’ initiative, combined with technological advancements from other companies, significantly enhance the Maha Kumbh Mela experience. By integrating e-commerce solutions, AI-powered assistance, and quick commerce, companies ensure that attendees face minimal disruptions.
