In a significant move to bolster India’s logistics infrastructure, the CCI Group has committed an investment of ₹227 crore. This investment will go toward the development of a state-of-the-art Grade-A logistics park in Sohna-Silani, located in Gurugram. With this initiative, the group aims to strengthen its warehousing capabilities while meeting the growing demands of key sectors across northern India.
The facility will span approximately 9.5 lakh square feet, offering advanced logistical solutions to a wide range of industries. By situating the logistics park near two major highways—the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway and the Kundli-Manesar-Palwal (KMP) Expressway—the group ensures seamless regional and national connectivity. This connectivity will enable efficient access to major consumption hubs including Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad, Western Uttar Pradesh, and parts of Rajasthan.
Catering to a Broad Spectrum of Industries
Designed to serve multiple sectors, the new logistics park will cater to industries such as e-commerce, retail, FMCG, automotive, manufacturing, and third-party logistics. The facility’s modern features will support flexible warehousing and distribution solutions, accommodating the unique needs of each sector.
Importantly, CCI Group has focused on scalability and modularity. The park will include a modular layout that allows for space customization, helping tenants to scale operations effectively.
Modern Infrastructure with Advanced Features
The logistics park will boast a clear height of 12 meters and FM2-grade flooring, facilitating efficient storage and operations for high-volume goods. Moreover, it will incorporate multiple loading and unloading points along with wide internal RCC roads, improving vehicle movement and reducing loading time.
